Five Easy
Steps!
| 1. |
School Supply List
The first step is to send us the next year's school supply list for each
grade level as soon as possible. The following information should appear on each list:
grade level, description of each item required and amount of each item required.
Helpful hint: Make sure each item is
clearly described and put the School Depot¨ item number next to each item to assure
accuracy.
Have the head grade level teacher
and/or principal approve the list before sending it to us. Have the teacher initial the
correct copy to indicate approval.
|
| 2. |
Approving the Grade Level Package
When we receive your school supply list, we will prepare a computerized
printout for each grade level in your school itemizing the cost. It is your
responsibility to review each printout for accuracy before approving it, because this is
the basis for your entire order. If you find an error or wish to make a change, call
us and we will prepare another copy for that grade level for your approval. Once the
printout is approved, it becomes the official list for your school since your packages
will be based on this printout.
|
| 3. |
Deciding on a Plan
Once the printout has been approved, you decide whether your school wants
to use the Bulk, Packaged, or Packaged Plus Plan.
Sales tax is not included in the Bulk or Packaged cost. Call or email us for more information on Packaged Plus
Plan.
|
| 4. |
Amount to Order
Bulk - We will figure how much product you need for the number of packages
you will make. This service is free of charge.
First Timers: We encourage you to
take orders from the parents to know how many packages you need for each grade. The key to
your school's success is to promote the Back-to-School program to parents.
|
| 5. |
Payment
Bulk & Packaged - Payment for these plans is due in full on or before
September 1st. This due date should fall after the sale to the parents has been completed.
Delivery for these plans is at no cost to your school when these payment terms are
met. Free delivery in certain areas only.
Packaged Plus - Payment is due by the last day of school. The
profit and volume discount will be sent to your school in September. School Depot¨
will pay the sales tax which you have already collected.
 |
Delivery

Approval

list. This must be done before the supplies are moved and before the
supplies are packaged by grade level.
Packaged & Packaged Plus - When our personnel deliver, the
supplies are arranged by grade level for your convenience. The grade level and number of
packages in each case appears on the outside of each carton which makes counting easy.

returns must be approved by School Depot¨
Returns
